Conflict management is the practice of dealing with disputes in a balanced, rational and effective way. This is more important in today's market than ever.

Everyone is striving to show how valuable they are to their company and at times, this can lead to organizational conflict. Having a facilitator with effective problem-solving, negotiation and communication skills allows teams to resolve conflicts and restore focus to the company's business goals without involving human resources.
