With over 30 years of project management experience, Ozzie holds an MBA with a Project Management focus from Southern Illinois University and emphasizes leadership principles like Perseverance and Accountability. Currently, Lomax sits on the SIU – Carbondale School of Engineering Board and the SIU – Edwardsville School of Business Project Management Board. Previously he was Director of Certification for the Kansas City PMI Chapter. As a PMP exam prep trainer for WashU, Ozzie has a 95% success rate of learners achieving their certification on first attempt.

About Boeing's Learning Together Program (LTP) 

  • The LTP Program: Boeing’s Learning Together Program (LTP) helps you both learn and enhance your skills through financial assistance.
  • The LTP Voucher: a valid one-time only payment of eligible tuition and fees for an approved course.
  • Immediate Access: Most full-time teammates are eligible for the Learning Together Program from their hire date.   
  • Continuous Benefit: Employees can utilize this benefit for eligible expenses throughout their entire Boeing career.
  • Tuition Coverage Details:
    • Graduate Degrees: Up to $25,000 annually.
    • Certificate Programs: Up to $10,000 annually.
    • Individual Courses: Up to $5,000 annually.
    • Special Provisions: Coverage also includes pilot’s license and select professional certifications.
  • Grades, Credentials and Certificates:
    • Courses are complete/incomplete based on attendance. Upon completion of the course, students will receive a grade report and an evaluation will be sent. Then you must upload your grade report in the Boeing LTP portal.
    • Upon certificate completion, the certificate is processed and provided to the student, it may be given during the course or in a follow-up email. Students will upload the certificate of completion to LTP as their grade.
    • Grades are due no later than 45 days from the course end date.
  • Voucher Timeline: You can request LTP vouchers up to 60 days before your course starts. Enroll in courses even before securing your LTP voucher.

Step 1: Browse our comprehensive course catalog to find the training that aligns with your professional goals.

Boeing LTP Voucher

Step 2: Before enrolling, you'll need to request a voucher through Boeing's LTP portal. Once approved, this voucher confirms your eligibility, ensures tuition coverage and is available to download.

Step 3: Here you have two options.

1) Enroll through the standard website checkout process. (Course Directory)

2) Return to this page to complete your enrollment via the form below. A TLCenter Representative will take care of setting up your registration and follow up if anything else is needed from you.

 

 

Confirmation & Next Steps

Step 4: Once you, or a TLCenter representative, has submitted your enrollment, you'll receive a confirmation from us. We'll guide you through any additional steps or preparations for your course. 

TLCENTER CANCELLATION POLICY:
A full refund will be given when a registrant cancels more than five (5) business days prior to the start of the class. Cancellations received within 5 business days of the start of the class and no-shows will be billed in full. Another person may be substituted at any time at no additional charge. A request to transfer a class to a future date can only occur if the request is more than 5 business days prior to the start of class.  Otherwise, the request will be considered a cancellation and the policy will apply.
