The Health Care Operational Excellence program is a high-impact, non-degree certification program, offered in two incremental certificates.

This program provides comprehensive training and skill development for health care professionals at all levels of an organization. Participants will learn about:

Participants will acquire and apply a rigorous methodology for process improvement, envisioning optimal solutions and making informed decisions even amidst uncertainty. Real-life case studies will be leveraged to facilitate the practical application of principles and tools, resulting in immediate outcomes as students effectively utilize their newly acquired analytical and project management skills within their respective organizations.

Earn Your Certification

Upon successful completion of the program, students will have the opportunity to earn two separate professional certificates (certificates may be applied towards the deferment of the first graduate course for those considering WashU's Master's of Health Care Operational Excellence (MHCOE). Additionally, students pursuing the MHCOE may also be eligible for tuition discounts).
