To navigate this landscape effectively, it's crucial to discern the genuine opportunities from the surrounding hype.  In this roundtable, we will discuss the practical uses and limitations of generative AI in data initiatives.  We will collectively address expectations and overstated capabilities, versus practical considerations (data quality, data quantity, infrastructure demands, and more), as well as strategic considerations.

Shanti Greene is a passionate advocate for the transformative power of data and AI.  Shanti is known for pushing the boundaries of what's possible in data science, engineering and artificial intelligence. His diverse educational background in psychology, computer science, marketing, and data science gives him a unique perspective on how data can drive human-centric solutions, which he applies to both industry problems and academic pursuits.

As the current Head of AI and Data Strategy at Infocepts, Shanti continues to explore new frontiers in technology. His work spans from generative AI and MLOps to data science product management, always with an eye on practical applications that deliver real business value.  Shanti is also an adjunct professor at Washington University in St. Louis

Dave’s client base includes Anheuser-Busch/InBev, Ameren, Mercy Health, International Foods, Alaskan Brewing, Hartmarx, Emerson, HP and more. This broad experience helps Dave bring a holistic yet innovative view to solving business problems.
