Our SAFe® Product Ownership/Product Management course is designed for Product Managers, Product Owners, Business Owners, and Business Analysts who want to develop the skillsets needed to guide value delivery in a Lean enterprise. Learn the activities, tools, and mechanics used to manage backlogs and programs, and discover how to apply Lean thinking to Requirements (Epics, Features, Stories, etc.).
