AGI260: SAFe DevOps (21 hrs)

Course summary:

To remain competitive in a rapidly-changing global market, organizations must deliver valuable technology solutions quickly and efficiently. This requires a shared DevOps mindset among all stakeholders involved in defining, building, testing, deploying, and releasing software-driven systems, not just engineers managing a CI/CD pipeline.

The two-day, interactive SAFe DevOps course is designed to help technical, non-technical, and leadership roles collaborate effectively to optimize their value stream from end-to-end. Participants will learn the fundamentals of DevOps, its importance in every role, and how to design a tailored continuous delivery pipeline for their business. Working in cross-functional teams, attendees will map their current-state value stream from concept to cash, identify bottlenecks, and develop an actionable implementation plan to accelerate the benefits of DevOps in their organization.
