AGI245: SAFe Advanced Scrum Master (21 hrs)

Course summary:

The SAFe Advanced Scrum Master Course is designed to prepare Scrum Masters for their leadership role in facilitating Agile in a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe®) implementation. Through practical exercises, participants will learn how to facilitate cross-team collaboration and support program execution and continuous improvement. The course also covers how to integrate scalable engineering and DevOps practices, and value-flow Kanban applications into the Scrum paradigm. Additionally, attendees will explore practical ways to address Agile and Scrum anti-patterns in the enterprise. Upon completion of the course, participants will be prepared for the certified SAFe® Advanced Scrum Master (SASM) exam.
