Data Governance in Practice: Successes, Pitfalls and Failures

At our last Data Analytics roundtable, we discussed the readiness required for organizations to embark on their data governance journey.  We addressed significance of organizational readiness is often underestimated, and the breadth of an ideal governance organization to establish long-term policies and procedures.  But where has the data governance methodologies and theories worked effectively in practice?  Where has it failed, and why?  In the final data roundtable session for 2024, John Ladley will take us through some data governance journeys, many that are specific to our local businesses.
