Course Description

This course assumes you need to change your thinking and want to implement a predictive analytics strategy. This includes how to create a data driven strategy and what goes into building a data driven business. Participants will learn how business understanding will drive action in their business through analytics and the plumbing required for effective business outcomes. We will explore where and why leaders should spend their time. Lastly, we will evaluate how to effectively organize departments and roles as well as the culture needed in a predictive analytics world.

CANCELLATION POLICY

A full refund will be given when a registrant cancels more than five business days prior to the start of the class.  Cancellations received within 5 business days of the start of the class and no-shows will be billed in full.  Another person may be substituted at any time at no additional charge.
