Prior to coming to the Fed, Ed worked as a business manager, requirements engineer, and tester at AT&T. Ed joined the Fed in 2010 as a Risk Management Specialist before transitioning to the Treasury Relations and Support Office where he led and supported numerous large scale projects and initiatives. Currently, Ed has responsibility for Business Line Monitoring of 30 lines of business as well as a Program Management Office. Ed also leads or is a member of various program and project management leadership teams and work groups across the Federal Reserve System. Ed received a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Finance from Washington University and a Master’s in Business Administration from Saint Louis University.

With over 15 years of experience in project, program, and product management, Sara is a healthcare transformation leader who drives value-based outcomes through strategic, process, financial, and technological change initiatives. She holds the Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), Scaled Agilist, and Six Sigma Green Belt (CSSGB) credentials, demonstrating my expertise in agile and lean methodologies, data-driven decision making, and customer-centric solutions.
