Benefit Realization

As we approach the end of the year, with commitments made for cost savings and cost avoidance, our focus is on measuring and reporting benefit realization. We'll assess the actual cost savings achieved compared to projections, evaluate cost avoidance, and report our findings using clear metrics and regular reporting to ensure transparency and accountability.

Mary Stadter has been an IT professional for more than 25 years, and an IT consultant for the last 20 of those years with Daugherty Business Solutions.  She h a Master of Science in MIS from U of I  During her Daugherty tenure she has worn many hats, including Support Team Manager, , Business Analyst, Project Manager, Program Manager and most recently St Louis Regional Line of Service Lead for Delivery Leadership.

At Save A Lot, David leads the Data Strategy and Enablement teams that define and deliver the data-based insights that drive and support our core business unit, including data analytics, data engineering, and data science. Prior to this role, David led the Business Technology Enablement area at Save A Lot focused on delivering technology-based value to our Merchandising, Distribution, Retail Operations, Marketing, and Finance teams.
