Secure, trusted AI: Blockchain with AI – A Case Study

AI is everywhere for everything.  And we all wonder if we can trust what we see.  There needs to be a way to build accountability and trust along with intelligence.

Blockchain and AI integration enhances security, transparency, and efficiency by using blockchain's secure, decentralized ledger to host AI's data-driven insights and automation, enabling more intelligent and trustworthy decentralized applications across industries like finance, healthcare, supply chain management, and education. 

In this roundtable we will explore a case study that demonstrates the potential and options for leveraging blockchain and AI together to provide a secure, rapid process for issuing verifiable credentials, and various applications throughout different industries.

Feng Hou is an adjunct professor at Washington University’s McKelvey School of Engineering.  He is a leading advocate for blockchain adoption in education.  He teaches a graduate level course in Blockchain for Data Science.  He works with various organizations to develop solutions leveraging these technologies, and frequently serves as a keynote speaker at technology conferences.

Dave has served in a wide variety of roles in his career, which started as a software engineer decades ago. In over 30 years in consulting, Dave has worked in custom application development, data warehouse design, data strategy development, ERP implementations, business analyst roles, web architecture, manufacturing system support, operations management, practice leadership, and now leads the enterprise recruiting team at Daugherty. Dave’s client base includes Anheuser-Busch/InBev, Ameren, Mercy Health, International Foods, Alaskan Brewing, Hartmarx, Emerson, HP and more. This broad experience helps Dave bring a holistic yet innovative view to solving business problems.
